Position Overview:Prepare and Issue request for proposals, receive, evaluate and negotiate bid, prepare requests for consent and award purchase orders and contracts for equipment and construction services in support of Power /Energy/Industrial projects and proposals.

Requirements:

Requirements:Seven (7) plus years of progressive procurement experience in an Engineering and on Construction organization, with at least Four (4) years of experience in buying major equipment for power or industrial projects. Previous exposure to expending and material control function is desirable. Substantial knowledge of commercial terms and conditions required with significant exposure to automated procurement processes and software. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work closely and effectively with others is required along with the ability to read and comprehend drawings, prints, charts, graphs and specifications is required.Please forward resume and rate requirements to
