REQUIRED:4+ years Network Operation Center (NOC) experience.Must be a troubleshooting guru.Medium to senior level experience with Cisco products.Experience with Monitoring tools such as Netcool and NetQoS.Experience with CA products.
CERTIFICATIONS:CCNA and/or CCNP is HIGHLY preferred!
EDUCATION:4 year degree desired.
