Description
This person assures the quality and successful launch of our CRM apps & associated systems, involves understanding the business requirements, preparation & execution of test cases. Develop/execute test scenarios/scripts/integration/regression. PRM exp is a must, Exp in Siebel Opportunities/Forecasting, APRIMO or any related marketing app, Interface testing with Siebel,database testing. Writing queries to extract data from backend database, Knowledge in middleware testing, TIBCO is a plus, Exposure to Siebel 7.5+, 3+ years exp in a structured QA environment, utilizing Mercury Test Director for requirements. Excellent Comm/written skills. Responsibilities:Design, review, implement, and maintain Test Designs, including doc test cases, Engage in exploratory testing, Able to handle project enhancements/Maintenance release cycles testing independently, Refine high-level test strategies/plans in snych withSQA team, Validate the enterprise systems before going live.
