We are currently looking for a Sr QA Analyst. The ideal candidate would have experience in CAD/CAM software. You will work with a team of engineering professionals through the software development life cycle in defining, executing and documenting test plans for manual and automated quality assurance of the product. You will implement processes, tools and practices that enable the company to deliver high quality products and services. The successful candidate must have a solid background in software engineering and working with highly collaborative teams in an agile/scrum environment. Experience with CAD/CAM software is strongly preferred, experience in the dental and orthodontic space is a plus.

RESPONSBILITIES
. Be responsible for the developing, planning, execution, scheduling, and reporting of tests suites
. Build, maintain, and extend regression and automation suites
. Participate as a team member in testing, analysis, process management to identify and communicate risks
. Respond to dynamic situations while maintaining adherence to best practices
. Build alliances with business owners, product owners, developers, and operations
. Recommend solutions to technical issues, participate in architecting solutions
. Create black, gray, and white box automated tests as appropriate
. Drive continuous improvement in test coverage and test effectiveness
. Serve as a resource in the full development cycle, end-to-end, from conception, design, implementation and testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance
. Accomplish aggressive goals and meet strict deadlines
. Provide mentoring for Quality Assurance team members
. Be an active participant in an Agile/SCRUM environment
REQUIREMENTS
. An under-graduate/graduate degree in Computer Science or related engineering fields.
. 5-8 years in software QA,
. 2 years as a senior or lead position in a QA team
. 3 years as part of a highly collaborative team of software and quality assurance engineers, product owners, scrummaster(s), and the business owners
. Thorough knowledge of release procedures and software defect tracking
. Exposure to mentoring team members
. Detail oriented, self starter, fast learner
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Proactive and team player with collaborative personality
. Comfortable working with senior software developers, QA engineers, product owners, end-users, and operations
. Self-motivated and willing to learn new concepts, technologies and processes
. Successful working with technical as well as non-technical members of the team
. Successful working in a fast-paced, technical environment
. BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/professional experience required
. Demonstrates domain knowledge of one or more of the following:
o 3D CAE/CAD/CAM software tools
o Internationalization and localization testing
o Agile/scrum software engineering methodology
o Quality assurance methodology
