Our Eagan area client is seeking a QA Analyst for a long term consulting project. Primary Responsibilities will include the following: • Reverse engineer clear, complete, testable requirements from existing Java applications at the Java method level.• Write JUnit tests to test Java methods and classes•Create regression test suites using JUnit• Design, develop, and execute “white box” & “black box” tests against documented requirements; ensure all requirements are tested.• Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts using industry best practices.• Write performance and capacity testsIf interested and qualified, please apply online at www.roberthalftechnology.com.

Experience/Skills
Qualifications: • Strong software requirements management experience.; able to reverse engineer clear, complete, testable requirements from existing Java applications at the Java method level. •A working understanding of regression testing and managing regression suites.• Minimum of one year of API-level testing experience in Java, C, or similar language.• 2-5+ years of software testing experience, including experience testing a complex, technical application. • 1+ years of experience programming in Java• Ability to write and modify XML. • Strong attention to detail and good organizational, analysis, and problem solving skills. • Experience in working in Search and Retrieval applications. • Experience with Team Foundation Server, SilkCentral, Together, and/or DynaTrace
