Your role will be to help ensure the quality of Tracker, a .net web-based platform for managing all Service Requests and Time Tracking for a 240-person IT department. Responsiblities: Author/execute test plans Interface with the development and product teaqms to understand product requirements Assist in release management to ensure that software releases are delivered on schedule File and track actionalbe defect reports for software release candidates.
