Please find the below mentioned position. We are currently looking for QA Lead/Mgr for an urgent position in Newark, DE. Initial statement of work is for 9 months RTH.

Experience managing resources and comfort with delegating tasks (resources will include FTEs and contractors).
Experience leading and managing call center based applications QA (preferably VRU, Call routing, Call monitoring, and Outbound Dialing platforms) testing Call routing, using Quality Center and Beeline preferred
Preferable experience working in Financial services industry (preferable Credit Card Services)
Experience managing multiple projects and various initiatives simultaneously. Strong multitasking skills
Tracking QA statistics, and opportunities to improve quality of test, efficiency of test (facilitating shortening test cycle, automation of IVR test scripts), and process improvements.
Forecasting the effort associated with upcoming projects at concept, requirement and design levels.
Resource planning for upcoming projects.
Representing your block at QA forums
Work with development team to ensure building proper communication between the two groups, proper process and defect management
Ensuring proper test strategy, test planning/coverage and following QA processes and standards.
The exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance and not being afraid to champion your ideas, being heard and having a difference of opinion.
Understands Software Development Life Cycle
Strong follow-up skills
