What you need for this position:

• 10 years of testing experience on a multi-tier Web applications
• Demonstrated ability to code with C#
• Heavy working experience in Microsoft Development and Test Environments
• Experience in leading test processes and mentoring others in the same
• Expert in Test Methodologies
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Expert in programming test scripts
• Strong understanding of Relational Databases
• Bachelors in computer science or related technical fields
• Must be local and authorized to work for any employer (relocation and transfer or sponsorship is not available at this time)

• Microsoft Certifications (ex., MCTS, MCPD, etc)
• Testing experience in E-commerce, financial, or enterprise level Microsoft environments
• Experience testing in Sharepoint

• Building a QA team from the ground up
• Establishing testing standards for new and existing software applications and products
• Collaborate with multiple business units to develop all test processes
• Develop Test Processes to meet regulatory and company standards
• Developing Analysis process to ensure the highest quality products and applications
• Develop and code automated test scripts and apps in C#
• Testing in a multi-tiered, agile, Microsoft environment
