I am looking for an exemplary QA lead for a development team of a London based online multiplayer PC games and technology developer. This is a senior QA role in the games team, responsible for organising and operating all aspects of QA and testing for games. This will include technical and creative QA of the game, and the game’s integration with the games infrastructure, and externally-resourced testing such as compatibility testing and alpha/beta programmes.

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following;


Experienced games and QA Lead. Online games experience required, MMO experience an advantage
Has a good understanding of both the creative and technical sides of games QA
Must have the personality to lead and organise a diverse range of QA and testing activities and people.

Must have hands-on abilities. This is not a pure man-management role.
Experienced in (or has aptitude for organising external suppliers.
