Description
SkilGroup, Inc. is in immediate need of a QA Manager. Responsibilities include managing testing teams in Chicago and off-shore. This position will manage and lead the QA teams. This is not a classic QA Management role. The QA Manager needs to be able to work well in a changing environment and must be able to win the respect of the development and management teams and needs to be a thought leader. Qualified candidates MUST have experience with Rational and UML tools. Candidates MUST have experience managing QA and Validation teams. Candidates must have strong leadership skills and be able to win the respect of the development and management team. This is a thought leadership position. Offshore management experience is critical. this is a permanent position for a client located in downtown Chicago. Local candidates only, please.
