We have an immediate need for a QA Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
Quality Assurance Supervisor

- Advise site manager and Director QA on all QA matters related to the Chattanooga office.

- Strong familiarity and working experince, at least 10 years, with NQA-1, 10CFR50 Appendix B and other nuclear quality and reporting requirements, such as 10CFR21, in a nuclear plant or headquarters setting. Familiarity with TVA processes is a strong plus.

- Develop/revise QA Documents, including Plans and Procedures, as required.

- Host all client audits and inspections at sites.

- Maintain QA Documents and Records.

- Perform document reviews, including reviews of QA Site Plan, procedures and other client, BREI or vendor documents.

- Plan, perofrm and report QA audits, inspection and surveillance.

- Document findings and manage corrective actions resutling from client, internal and vendor audits and other oversite activities.

- Plan QC staff work at the site, if needed. Delegate work, supervise QA/QC staff as assigned and evaluate their performance.

- Review, check and approve the inspection and surveillance reports by subordinates if assigned.

- Conduct vendor surveillances, during manufacturing, assembling and fabricating at supplier's facilities on as-required basis. Provide QA coverage during construction activities as required.

- Help develop and revise corporate QA Plans and Procedures as required.

This is a direct hire opportunity in Chanttanooga, TN; which reports to the Director QA.
