Description
Quality Assurance Technician- City of Industry
Responsible for Q. A. in a dry pet food manufacturing facility. Sampling and analyzing incoming ingredients, in- process products, finished products, recording processing data off meters, gages recording/documenting net weights, codes, packaging quality filling out paperwork or spreadsheets to document various quality checks lab: moisture, dissolve oxygen, turbidity, pH, mycotoxins, digital caliper, place all out- of- spec ingredients, packaging, or products on hold.
Requirements: college level science, AA degree in technical field, or quality experience in food industry preferred must be comfortable with schedule.df-tc
