We are currently looking for a Integration Test Coordinator. This person will work under direction of the Program Manger and Release Test Lead. They will be responsible to:

- Implement standard testing processes within the Integration and User Acceptance Test environments.
- Assist in the planning and management of the testing effort in these test environments.
- Partner with client test coordinators and Release Test Lead.
- Provide functional and technical support to the interfacing systems during these testing phases.
- Coordinate and facilitate testing activities, including preparation of scenarios and scripts, script execution, regression testing, and defect verification.
- Assist in the development of testing timelines and schedules.
- Participate in project risk management.
- Assist the interfacing systems with the identification and reporting of software defects and the follow-up resolution.
- Set client expectations on test approach, strategy, staffing, test case development, and expected results.
- Assist the interfacing applications with their development of test cases and test data.
- Produce Weekly Status reports.
- Coordinate client signoff on test phase.
- Communicate overall test results.
- Arrange for test iterations/defect management/resolution.
- Manage test environment/code bases/data setup activities.

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:

- Knowledge of health care management systems. At least 2-3 experience with testing, QA, and project leadership. At least 5-8 years industry experience.
- Thorough knowledge of industry standards and practices. Knowledge of standard testing practices.
- Skilled in testing strategies and business requirements analysis for large projects.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Able to coordinate multiple testing teams within a test environment.
- Skilled at problem analysis and resolution.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work well at multiple levels and across groups/departments.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and remain flexible.

- Ability to work under high pressure with tight schedules and deadlines.

- Ability to manage a testing schedule.

- Ability to manage work of others necessary for testing effort.

Knowledge and Experience Desired:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems.
- At least five (5) years of test coordination experience.
- Prior experience in a Testing or Quality Assurance role.
- Experience in working with graphically dispersed test teams.
- Managed/coordinated a testing effort for a medium/large size Client Server/Web project.
- Experienced in development of engineered test cases and test databases.
- Experienced in developing test plans and schedules.
- Experience with Rational ClearQuest or other automated testing tools
