Description
. The overseeing all quality assurance and test functions for the life of the project
. Assuring that the project adheres to SEI CMM testing and QA standards; and
. Development of a detailed QA process plan, testing documentation and specification, and test scenarios for all enhancements/changes to existing ARS applications as well as new and existing interfaces.

Experience/Skills
QA Test Manager must meet all of the following minimum skills/requirements:

1. 7 years experience within the last 10 years as QA Testing Manager;
2. 5 years experience within the last 10 years developing test plans and strategies for government applications
3. 7 years experience within the last 10 years working with project and development staff including programmers, business and systems analysts, and QA personnel
4. 5 years experience within the last 7 years using Visio and Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
5. 5 years experience within the last 7 years using Microsoft Project.
