We have an immediate need for a -Strong QTP Analyst
-Strong Load Testing (Load Runner?)
-Manual and Automated testing experience
-Some Quality Center Experience.
-Need to have very good communication skills (will be presenting to upper management)

We have a need for a QuickTest Pro (QTP) developer with added LoadRunner experience. We are looking for someone with experience in developing QTP scripts including the use of VB Script. We are not looking for someone simply capable of recording and executing scripts. An understanding of QTP configuration, performance tuning and environment management is needed as well. We are in the process of developing a suite of scripts to convert our manual Pharmacy test efforts to be automated and we'll be using QTP for the test automation and LoadRunner for performance testing. These scripts will be very complex and will require a great deal of analysis, design, and optimizing. This person will assume ownership of the existing scripts and continue their development, execute the tests, and use Quality Center to log the results of the test.

The candidate is responsible for performance modeling, evaluating the application performance and performance tuning of the applications. The role of the candidate includes ensuring that applications have been fine tuned for the best possible performance in the given environment and they continue doing so as long as the service is available to the users. df-tc

Experience/Skills
2+ years QTP/VB Script development experience
2+ years experience in QTP/QC configuration and environment management
Experience in other software development languages a plus
Experience with SQL and relational databases a plus
Experience using LoadRunner and related test development
Experience using QTP/QC for factory automation a plus
