Description
Working under the guidance of the Manager, IVR Quality Systems, this position will provide user testing and systems validation for IVR systems as assigned. This position will also be requested to perform document management functions including but not limited to: document review, organization and archiving. This position will also perform routine auditing functions to ensure that the department is operating in compliance with PPD established as well as federally mandated regulations.

Education and Experience:
B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. At least 3 years related experience including 1+ years as a PPD Associate Quality Analyst or equivalent experience in software validation and/or quality or equivalent combination of experience that gives the individual the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to do the job.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Working knowledge of the software development and software quality control processes and systems.
-Strong planning, organization and project management skills, including the ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
-Analyst has working knowledge of regulatory guidelines and requirements.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Working knowledge of MS Office application suite.
