Description
Support new CRISP program and staff with development and implementation of a Quality Control Program. Support development of plans, processes and metrics in preparation of certification of ISO 9000. Develop and maintain corrective action plan. Also support plans for transition of contract to Performance Bases Service Contract. Support LM21/six sigma initiatives. Train and educate employees and customer on quality topics.

General Position Description
Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.

Typical Minimum Education
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
