Genatek LLC is currently seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst to manage the successful completion of the project's testing activities.

Candidates must have Previous experience in designing a test strategy document for large
projects (defined as over 1000 hours in size, over 5 months? duration and Cross Business Unit in nature

The Quality Assurance Analyst: Job Duties

The QA Lead develops, manages and implements the testing strategy, plan and materials (i.e., test conditions, cases, issues log, scripts, etc.) to ensure the project deliverable(s) meet business, functional performance and quality requirements. He/She also oversees the activities of the testing resources.

The following are additional expectations of these positions:

* Gain the depth of knowledge with regard to business requirements and
functional specifications necessary to test the system solutions by
participating as a consultant during the initiating and planning stages of
the project
* Validate that all requirements and functional specs are complete and
testable as they are being created
* Create standard testing templates
* Mentor testing team members on project objectives and system definition
* Provide guidance and manage performance issues of testing team members
* Work closely with project leaders to identify and drive issues and risks
to resolution
* Help to establish standard testing metrics and reporting
* Help to establish standard defect/issue reporting

Required Skills for Support Developer
7-10 years of testing application and leadership skills
* Establishing a Quality Assurance process
* Designing Testing Metrics
* Evaluating the resource needs for test execution
* Coordinating testing teams
* Coordinating testing environments
* Evaluating/implementing appropriate testing methods
* Evaluating entrance and exit criteria for each stage of testing being performed (Unit, performance, system, integration, user acceptance, etc)
*Demonstrated ability working with Word, Excel and Visio
