Quality Assurance Analyst
The Printing House, Inc. part of a family of companies owned by Endurance Business Media, is currently seeking a dynamic individual with a strong software quality assurance background and technical writing skills.  The successful candidate will be detail oriented,  with strong problem solving skills, excellent people skills, a  thorough understanding of the software development life cycle, and extensive internet experience. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. Experience with both Mac OSX & PC platform and 2+ years of testing experience preferred.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of the Software Quality Assurance Analyst include:
  • Writes and conducts software test plans for development projects including proprietary internet based and distributed applications.
  • Investigates and tracks problem status.  Recommends adjustments as needed.
  • Compiles data and writes or revises text for informative, instructional, or promotional articles, user documentation, newsletters, electronic publications, or similar materials of a technical nature. Maintains documentation library.
  • Analyzes, defines and when possible, resolves problems reported by customers.
  • Write reports and business correspondence.
