Top Talented Quality Assurance Analysts/Testers are always needed in the Newark, Delaware area. This position requires the candidate to have 5+ years IT experience as a tester with a solid understanding of the systems development lifecycle. The candidate should have experience with one of the following toolsets: RUP Tools, ClearCase, ClearQuest, Rational Rose, Requisite Pro, Mercury tools, WinRunner, LoadRunner, QA Run and Test Director. A successful quality assurance analyst/tester has the ability to work in a geographically dispersed, complex matrix organization that is primarily an amalgamation of custom developed applications.

Experience/Skills
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years as an IT professional focused on testing.
- Well-versed on all types of testing (eg., Unit, Functional, Regression, User Acceptance, System and Integration).
- Solid understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to write shell scripts, queries and functional specification documentation.
- Good understanding of processes and process flow documentation.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to support more than one effort and/or transition from project to project as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate preferred.
