Responsible for activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

May perform one or more of the following:
.
Implements total quality management (TQM) programs and initiatives
Conducts call audits and case review audits to ensure contract compliance along with analysis, data collection, documentation and recommendation to training and management regarding departmental strengths and weaknesses.

§ Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts
§ Assists in the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services

Identifies the interface of key activities within and between the functions of the organization to improve organizational performance
Focuses and recommends factors such as resources, methods, and materials that will improve key activities of the organization
Supports the integration, and alignment ofprocesses that will best achieve the Departments desired results
Makes continual improvement of processes, systems and materials to support the Departments ability to meet contractual goals.
Provides mentoring, coaching and cross-departmental support to staff, lead and supervision
