1. Monitor and audit departmental procedure manuals.
2. Ensure that tasks are preformed as documented in the procedure manuals.
3. Ensures that updates to the procedure manuals are documented correctly.
4. Performs audits of claims, reference, provider and telephone inquiries.
5. Compile a database that will track departmental and individual error rate information.
6. Perform reviews necessary to assist in compiling information for report card tasks.
7. Report all findings to the Quality Assurance Manager and appropriate unit manager.
8. Assist in other duties as assigned.df-tc
