Quality /Delivery Assurance (QDA) Specialist

Summary: A Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the evaluation of the quality of and adherence to Acxiom project management and quality standards, processes and procedures.


? Conduct process/project reviews and assessments.
? Report findings from project reviews and process audits to all affected groups.
? Identify best practices, areas for improvement and potential risk areas ensuring action is taken.
? Ensure quality methods, standards, and procedures are followed.
? Prepare and deliver training sessions on quality standards and procedures as needed.
? Perform root cause analysis (cause and effect).
? Review software design, source code review, unit testing and process flows.
? Develop action plans for noncompliance for process and/or procedures.
? Review processing efficiencies.
? Review user documentation and front end product specifications.
? Create and implement quality plans.
