We have an immediate need for a Quality Test Analyst with experience in manual and automated testing. 60% manual testing 40% automated testing using LoadRunner. Off-shore team experience. Practical experience in creating test plans, test cases/scenarios. Experience with some complex calculation/modeling/optimization/forecasting/demand planning type application testing.
Experience with ETL, backend processing testing.
Experience in creating and testing a build-from-scratch entirely new application, especially one that would have no application to run when developing test cases. Practical experience with functional testing, positive/negative testing and scenario based testing is required. Background in functional, integration, smoke, and UAT testing. Detailed use of Quality Center or Test Director as manager, and tester; possibly as Quality Center administrator
Practical experience in Load/Stress/Performance Testing. Must have used one of the performance testing tools such as Rational Test Studio, Quick Test Professional (QTP),

Experience/Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering field, and testing applications is required.
WinRunner, Load Runner, Silk Performer, Silk Test, OpenSTA, etc. Mercury Certified preferred.
Excellent communication skills to work with offshore team.
Experience as a Testing Lead; ability to manage and lead defect tracking, including daily defect meetings.
Technical competency in testing-related tools such as TOAD and SQL queries for database validation.
Automotive domain expertise is a plus!
