Quality Assurance Test Lead (0532)

BASIC FUNCTION:
As part of M&T’s Quality Assurance Test Group within Central Technology, the Quality Assurance Test Lead would participate or provide oversight in requirements gathering and the development of test plans and strategies with team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all aspects of testing on a project which includes test strategy, plan, defining, obtaining, and managing test resources.
Oversight of manual and automated test script/case design, execution and defect/test reporting.
Participates in QA continuous process improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in leading Test teams
Good understanding of Project Management and Systems Development methodologies
Excellent Communicator
Great time management and organizational skills, detail oriented
Able to design and execute test scripts/cases
Bachelors degree or above in a IT related field or have at least 5+ years experience in a QA test lead environment
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Test Management experience, experience test management tools a plus (Mercury, Seque)
Experienced in defect tracking tools and test metrics reporting
Experience in managing automated and manual testers, on/offshore a plus
Project Management experience
Strong understanding of Technology Application Architectures/Languages
Working knowledge of Technology Infrastructure & Information Security
