Responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to: analysis, requirements, writing, testing and problem determination and resolution to the System. Analysis of program policies (KTAP, Medicaid, Food Benefits, KWP) and procedures of Federal and State law/regulations for the purpose of developing automated procedures to support the client systems. Coordinates system changes related to new policy with various Departments. Interpret policies and apply as needed. Analyzes user problems and makes recommendations for solutions. Advises program managers regarding information technology projects needed. Analyzes computer service requests for feasibility and give estimates needed for implementation. The task deliverables include: detailed test plans, test documentation, status reports and meeting minutes.

Experience/Skills
Quality Assurance Testing Analyst experienced with automated testing tools and integration testing. Must be experienced in writing detailed test plans and test scripts, test documentation, status reports and meeting minutes.
