MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, with a system of similar size and complexity. A project of similar size is defined as meeting the following minimum specifications:
A.Medium to large scale (1/2 terabyte to multi-byte terabyte) in the database
B.Multi-host, multi-tier client/server database
C.1,500 programs and 4 million lines of code
D.One thousand (1,000) users or more
2.Three (3) years of systems analysis, within the last five (5) years, at the level of Senior Consultant or higher, for medium to large scale on-line distributed processing systems.
3.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, in application software systems analysis and design with large automated system development projects.
4.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, in change management for a large system, at the level of Senior Consultant or higher, for at least two (2) distinct projects.
5.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, analyzing application software changes in a medium to large-scale automation project.
6.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, with a relational database such as DB2, Unisys RDMS.
7.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, with auditing billings and change control processes.
8.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, providing oversight of system modifications and enhancements, determining how hours are allocated and spent by system contractor.
9. Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, at the level of Senior Consultant or higher, in writing contract amendments for a government agency.
10.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, at the level of Senior Consultant or higher, in writing Advance Planning Documents (APD), Implementation Advance Planning Document Updates (IAPDU) and Planning Advance Planning Documents (PAPD).
11. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Certificate must be presented if called for an interview.
12.Experience, within the last three (3) years, at the level of Senior Consultant or higher, with a web-based system.
