6 months contract assignment!MUST BE US CITIZEN! You will LOVE this company! we are seeking 3-5 years experience as a QA.

Responsibilities

- Strong background in functional testing with the ability to design and develop comprehensive manual test cases.

- Strong background in reviewing business and functional requirements in order to produce a test strategy and test cases.

- Performs all aspects of verification, including functional, structural, regression and system testing.

- Testing in a multi-tiered web-based architecture.

- Experience participating in all aspects of a full-lifecycle development methodology, and related quality concepts and processes.

- Performs troubleshooting software / hardware configuration problems.



Requirements/Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in enterprise application testing (test case development and execution).

- Track record of completing assignments on time with a high degree of quality.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal
skills.

- Ability to set priorities and multi-task in.

- Experience in testing browser based UI applications.

- Experience in test automation (regression and performance).

- Prefer 3+ years experience working in UNIX/Linux and SQL/Oracle environments.

Technical Requirements:

- Test tool experience: Mercury QTP,

- Would prefer but not required backend and/or middleware skills testing experience:

- Understanding databases

- Oracle - searching and accessing logs, file transfers

- Querying tags/data results; execute data tags

- Understanding SQL statements

- Cron jobs: setting up and running

- Image processing

- Feed management systems
