Genesis10 is seeking a QA consultant for a contract to hire position in Milwaukee.
A senior level tester and business analyst with several years of experience. Some experience as a business analyst. Expert or strong skills in numerous categories above on projects done as an independent consultant. Has a quick mind, a sense of humor and knows his/her materials well. Communicates clearly and to the point."

Experience/Skills
o Mature IT professional
o Has formal software testing methodology training; has attended testing conferences/ seminars; participates in software testing/development/management networking opportunities
o Has some BA experience
o Has mentored other testers.
o Has performed and documented formal testing Risk Assessment for new projects
o Good training/ presentation skills
o Extensive experience with Mercury TestDirector/ Quality Center for manual test design and development
o Financial Services experience - investors, accounts
o Self-starter; assumes complete responsibility for testing an application - requirements analysis, test strategy, test case design, development, execution
o Works well with and is respected by developers
o Excellent SQL skills
o Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
o Defect tracking
o Understands the terms risk analysis, regression testing, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning
o Takes good notes during requirements sessions
o Can communicate a good system requirement vs. a poor requirement
o Experience with use cases preferred
o Test automation experience not required
