Description
ABILITY TO WORK FOR ANY US EMPLOYER IS A MUST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

.Conduct all levels of testing within the Quality Assurance testing cycle: Smoke (Sanity) Testing, Functionality Testing, Ad Hoc Testing, Regression Testing and End-to-End System Testing on software applications.

.Conduct all levels of testing in an integrated platform between Albridge products and other SW solutions for both internal PNC/PFPC partners as well as external customers and partners in an SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) environment.

.Develop solid test documentation, including the creation and maintenance of comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases.

.Analyze software problems, provide clear and concise defect reports and follow defect tracking practices based on internal QA standards and processes.

.Exhibit knowledge of regression and performance monitoring automated testing tools as well as with SOA specific automated tools.

.Work closely with QA and internal teams (Development, Data Acquisition, Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Quality and Production Support) to ensure highest level of quality for software releases df-tc

Experience/Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:

.Minimum 3-5 years of related, progressive experience in Quality Assurance, or related field.

.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, Finance or related field is required

.Knowledge of SOA, web services, Single Sign-On testing, tools, principles and disciplines.

.Knowledge of both Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and SDLC practices, including advanced knowledge of software testing principles and disciplines.

.Demonstrated history of excellent verbal and written communication skills within individual functional areas and across IT department.

.Proficiency in Back-End testing specifically in UNIX environment as well as familiarity with hierarchical and relational databases, and develop SQL/PL*SQL queries to interact with Databases such as Sybase, Oracle 8i +

.Expertise with testing tools such as HP/Mercury Quick Test Pro 8.x+, LoadRunner 7.x+, WinRunner 7.x+, as well as testing defect tools like HP/Mercury Quality Center.
