Description
Senior Level RACF Specialists needed for major projects (minimum engagement 6 months)

- Required 3-5 years in-depth administration of RACF in complex, multiplexed environment
- Should have a strong background as a Systems Programmer.
- Must be able to assess risks and escalate issues/concerns and assign priority basis
- Must be able to identifying tasks and project milestones, deliverables and handle stakeholder/management reporting.
- Must be skilled at working in projects with tight timelines.
- Proactive, innovative, and creative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Duties:
- General Administration
- Cleanup of system Ids (orphans)
- Supporting mainframe projects relating to analysis/translation of RACF data
- Access administration
- Increase process efficiency
- May also be working as SME for Access Control projects related to offshoring/ outsourcing

Experience/Skills
RACF Administration (Vanguard or equivalent experience with Consul)
CICS
Z/OS
DB2, IMS
CA-7 scheduling
SMF for monitoring

Preferred:
Unix Systems Services (USS) and Network connectivity
CISSP

Other desired skills:
