We are seeking a REO Sr. Manager for a direct-hire position in Ft. Worth, TX.

Education:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum of five years residential REO management/disposition experience
- Minimum of three years experience in review of appraisals, broker's price opinions and repair bids
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales and closing/title practices in all States
- Minimum of two years staff/vendor management or supervisory experience

Computer Software Skills:
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- Powerpoint
- BRIO

Other Computer Skills:
- LPS/MSP(or similar) software experience preferred
- REOTrans (or similar) software experience preferred
- A high level of proficiency in Word and Excel

Other Skills:
- Self Motivated
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in an orderly and timely manner.
- Proven problem solving ability.
- Negotiation skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Real Estate License a plus
- GRI/CRS Designations a plus
- ABR Designation a plus
