Position Details
Manager of Customer Service Field Engineering Department in the planning and execution of service commitments worldwide this department is responsible for the operational quality of system equipment and duties may include but are not limited to:
Install, configure, operate, maintain, repair or modify customer equipment
or software.

Providing guidance and training to customer personnel in establishing operation, maintenance, and inspection procedures and techniques. Analyzes and troubleshoots equipment failures to determine cause
Recommends and/or performs corrective action
Budget forecasting and analyses.
Process development and improvement

Further responsibilities of this position include:
The daily operation of the department to include task organization and scheduling to fulfill internal and external commitments in accordance with established policies, procedures and processes.
Demonstrate the ability to hire, mentor, manage and retain key talent for this important function within the organization

Experience/Skills
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (or equivalent work experience) is required.
An additional AA in business management or equivalent work experience is desirable.
7 years directly related RF communications Customer Service Field Engineering management experience is required.
Previous Customer Service Field Engineering management experience is essential.
This position requires an active secret level security clearance is required. No Exceptions!

Compensation
70K - 83K
