Description
Very stable and growing firm has an immediate need for an RF LAN Support Analyst. Candidate will provide level 1 and 2 customer application and system level support of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system; analyze RF communications and network topology using proprietary and commercially available tools. Should exhibit excellent trouble shooting skills, and good communication skills. Should have good group personnel and customer relationship skills.

Experience/Skills
The candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer support.
Basic understanding of XML, and SQL
Windows Systems Administration experience.
Scripting or development experience
Knowledge of Handheld and En-route meter reading systems is a plus
Travel required up to 10% - mostly domestic but some International travel may be required
Candidate will be required to learn an AMI application and provide application as well as system level support to the customers.
