RF Planner Support Engineers

My client is a leading independent RF planning tools developer, whose principal product, has been selected by major telecom network operators and equipment suppliers for the design and optimization of wireless networks worldwide. We offer network planning solutions for GSM / GPRS / EDGE, CDMA / CDMA2000 1xRTT 1xEV-DO, UMTS / HSDPA, TD-SCDMA and microwave.



My client is looking for support engineers for its RF planning software. This position includes support activities for our existing customers as well as pre-sale technical support activities. The principal activities are:
Technical support for existing customers;
Support during evaluations;
Pre-sales trainings;
Demonstrations and presentations of our software to potential customers.


Requirements
We are looking for (BSEE/MSEE) candidates with strong wireless telecommunications background, 1 to 5 years experience with RF planning software products and strong customer service skills.

The position is based in Chicago (IL) and involves short business trips throughout the U.S.


Eligibility: Candidates should have the legal status to work in the U.S.
