Sr. Systems Engineer

Define/invent communication systems architectures that support the wireless networking product space. Work directly with product line marketing and customers to aggressively define and develop systems solutions that are best in class in four critical dimensions: performance, size, power consumption, and cost. Architectures defined will need to represent the best compromise between technical risk and time to market.

Required skills:

Must be able to fully analyze IC and PCBA performance and fully understand tradeoffs with each. Must be knowledgeable in design review techniques and interpretation of results to insure standards compliance. Also, should have experience in gathering and interpreting bench making information of competitive solutions. Candidates must have a minimum of three years industry experience in communication systems and/or mixed signal IC design with good working knowledge of system simulation tools, SPICE based tools preferred. Experience with silicon bi-polar and/or CMOS IC design is a plus.


BS/MSEE or BSCE and 3-5 yrs. mixed signal circuit design, including CDMA, TDMA, and/or GSMdf-tc
