Job Description :

Design, develop, and release RFID subsystems for multiple printer/encoder platforms.
· Duties include all administrative and functional responsibilities related to Engineering.
· Designs include RF Antenna Designs and integration.
· Designs include use of software tools and other analytical methods for design validation and verification.
· Characterizing RF system components.

Candidate Must Have :
* Strong background in the design, development and testing of RF and microwave systems in the range of 13.56 MHz to 2.4 GHz.
* Expert in transmitters, receivers, antenna modeling (near-field), design, measurement and characterization.
* Experience with antenna measurements on far-field (anechoic chamber) as well as near-field NSI systems
* Extensive experience with various types of waveguides, coax, striplines, microstrips, RF filters, coplanar components, adapters, RF windows, mode conversion, combiners, antennas and feeds, etc.
* Specialist with Ansoft HFSS (High Frequency Structure Simulator) 3D electromagnetic software.

Additional Information :
Expert in communication system simulation and modeling, system integration, test, validation and acceptance. Experience with DFM of Antenna Systems and a demonstrated history of first pass design successes.
· Experience with specification/design of RF test stations and equipment for use in manufacturing.
· Familiarity with NIST traceable RF measurements, measurement methods, and calibration techniques.
· Previous RFID design experience is desirable.df-tc
