RMA CoordinatorNetwork Operations Center POSITION SUMMARYThe responsibilities of the RMA Coordinator include efficient and effective facilitation of internal or external hardware assets that require repair or replacement.Receive and coordinate returns for repair; enter, organize, and track part numbers, serial numbers, etc.Developing a strong understanding of the company and customer business and relating requests to business impactsMaintaining required performance standards for both quality and quantityESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following (other duties may be assigned):Expediting time-sensitive replacement product returns Tracking RMA activity and progress for clients internal and external customersFollowing-up on outstanding issues and communicating effectively with Procurement and Logistics staff to resolve them in a timely manner.Analyzing RMA data in order to identify key areas of concern and suggesting possible courses of action Participating in the creation and improvement of clients policies, procedures and guidelines relating to RMA’SFollowing proper policies and procedures and maintaining complete and accurate documentation of each RMA request. Following through on commitments to clients associates, customers and vendorsEffectively managing time to efficiently respond to and handle customer RMA requestsCreating a positive image of the NOC through interaction with customers, vendors and associatesPerform predefined test procedures on potential RMA hardware to verify functionalitySharing learned knowledge with team membersEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE An equivalent combination of the following education, training and experience is required:Minimum two years’ experience in materials handling, inventory, RMA’s.Strong skills in Microsoft software, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and a solid understanding of the InternetAbility to quickly learn new company specific software.Excellent organization, communication and multitasking skills.Excellent customer service skillsStrong knowledge of computer hardware and software a mustAdaptable to changing priorities, tasks and work schedules to meet customer’s service needsAbility to handle multiple issues/calls simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressure and time constraintsEffective written and verbal communication skillsDetail orientedCertificate in business degree or diploma combined with RMA-related logistics experience preferred.

Experience/Skills
Intermediate Vendor Relations/Sourcing, Intermediate Physical Inventory, Basic VB Script, Intermediate Windows 2000 Professional, Advanced VPN (Virtual Private Networking), Advanced TCP/IP, A+ and Network+ certifications a plus.
