Description
San Jose client searching for an RMA Repair Tech. Will provide in- depth technical and technological expertise, develop and provide a genuinely customized solution for customers RMA request. Will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, backup and some network connectivity for all RMA products. Requires in- depth knowledge of hardware and software, as well as various MS operating systems. Process all RMA repair or credit incoming units- system, CPU board, data acquisition board), including hardware inspection, install and setup test station using Win 95/98/2K/NT, test, trouble- shoot, repair or replace in the component level when needed.
