Description
The primary function of RMA repair technician is provides in- depth technical and technological expertise in their particular areas of focus, develop / provide a genuinely customized solution for customers RMA request.
The applicant will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, backup and some network connectivity for all RMA products. This requires an in- depth knowledge of hardware and software, as well as the various MS operating systems. Knowledge in MS Office is also required.
