Description
Company has around 24 people in IT, with 10 Programmers and 3 Business Analyst.
Will not be interfacing with users unless they are working on small projects. Initally, will be working on various systems but will gradually move towards the operating system. 80% of systems are written in house.

Use DB 2 database.

Are Gradually moving towards Java on the Front end.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Strong RPG IV, ILE Developer, will be trained in Java eventually if they dont already have that skill.

Wants a good work history.

The candidate must have experience in RPG ILE (prototyped procedures, service programs, etc), subfiles, CL, CLLE. Knowledge of JAVA would also be a plus. The person must be comfortable working with complex systems and be able to read and understand RPG code. They must also have excellent testing and troubleshooting skills.
