RPG ILE Programmer

Title: RPG Programmer Analyst (AS 400 environment)

MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND LOCAL!

*Job Description:

Senior level programmer with at least 10 years of experience.
EXTREMELY strong in CL, RPGII, RPGIII, and RPGILE.

Ability to work under pressure with constant time constraints.
Detail oriented.
Ability to thoroughly test work after making programming changes.
Prior oil and gas experience a plus.

Programmer need to help rewrite pieces of our client's accounting system to RPG ILE. The older programs are written in RPG III.

This project will be a mixture of maintenance analysis and new programming. Excellent communication skills a must, this person will work closely with end users. Experience with all versions of RPG a big plus.

Strong analytical skills required as there will be a lot of research and analysis involved.

Strong analysis, design and implementation experience desired.
