Description
Provide control over all of the software life cycle environments that exist to implement projects. Administer and promote software application changes in RPG to the production environment. Ensure integrity of Change Management database, reporting, resource monitoring, specialized Change Management processes, and SOX compliance. Ensure the integrity in the management, storage and reporting of the tape library.

Experience/Skills
Bachelor's or Associates degree in MIS, Computer Science or other related skill and/or experience with a minimum 2-4 years of experience working in Information Technology.
Minimum 2 years of RPG IV programming experience is an absolute requirement. 2 years experience working with Change Management software (MKS products a plus)
Working Knowledge of AS/400 or iSeries/i5 and Windows Operating Systems. Knowledge of test environments and program compiles would be ideal
Software management, development and deployment a must.
Experience working in a fast-paced, mission critical, complex and changing environment with a high degree of volatility .

Requires ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear, concise and accurate documentation skills are needed to assist with providing information to management and other groups.
Team player with the ability to integrate into the team or lead activities as needed.
Strong desire to get things done proactively with constant attention to detail.
