RUP Project Manager

Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking individuals to lead highly visible, software engineering, solution-based projects. The ideal candidate will have come up through the technical ranks with a minimum of 5+ years of full SDLC project management experience with 10+ years overall IT. A solid foundation in a PM methodology (PMI preferred) and the Rational Unified Process (RUP) is a must. Experience with n-tier, web-based technologies specifically within a J2EE project environment is required. Hands-on Java development experience is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentations skills are imperative. This position requires heavy client interaction, business development support, and proposal estimation for both fixed-price and T&M. Experience using MS Project is required.
