Description
We are looking for experienced Ruby on Rails programmers with the following qualities:

Experience and deep understanding of open-source development methodologies and LAMP architecture; Java, Flex/Flash, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Web 2.0 UI
Familiarity operating in a Linux/MacOSX environment
Outstanding Troubleshooting and Debugging
Consultative, service-oriented approach
Candidate must be self-motivated and possess a team-oriented attitude
Exceptional attention to detail
Successful candidates will take direction well and be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced small company environment
The selected candidate must pass a pre-employment background investigation

Position would entail specification, design, and implementation of software control systems and management applications for e-commerce transaction system.
