Responsibilities: - Work as an integral team member within the Services Center (call center environment).- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to existing and new clients.- Follow all established processes and record all client interaction within CRM system.- Respond to client inquiries, via phone and e-mail, in a timely and professional manner.- Assist customers in processing data through the application, answering application questions, resolving issues and escalating requests/issues through the proper channels within the organization.- Takes ownership of issues through resolution.
Requirements: - 4 year BA/BS degree preferred (Associates Degree + Experience in lieu of BA/BS degree)- Customer Service, Call Center, Help Desk and/or Tech Support experience- Cold calling skills and telephone etiquette knowledge- Proven ability to follow direction and complete tasks in a fast paced, changing corporate environment- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must be organized and self-motivated, multi-tasking experience a must- Highest level of professionalism required along with a very strong work ethic- Computer Skills: MS Office, CRM (SalesForce.com), other Web based computer application experience- Product Information Management (PIM) and/or GDSN experience beneficial but not required- Knowledge in Consumer Products (hardlines or aftermarket auto parts industry) preferred, but not required
