We have an immediate need for a Reconciliation Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Reconciliation Business Analyst for a 18 month+ contract position in Charlotte, NC. The position is paying up to $52/hr, depending on experience.

Core competencies
. Design and develop system to system reconciliations
. Develop strong SQL queries
. Design and develop reports; and perform various report configuration changes
. Translate Business Requirements Documents into Functional Documents
. Produce technical requirements
. Perform in a collaborative manner by coordinating development, SIT, UAT and implementation of reconciliations with team members, business partners, and numerous technology services groups.
. Follow SDLC
. Follow change and problem management policies
. Strong team player; shares ideas easily and keeps team members informed
. Flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment

Communication
. Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
. Able to multitask with more than one project at a time
. Comfortable working in a large organization across multiple teams
. Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings
. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
. Take direction from Business Engineering Manager

Technical Understanding
. Experience with SQL
. Experience with SDLC
. Experience with SSIS
. Exposure/Experience in .net development
. Experience in working with Reconciliation tools

Problem Solving
. Identifies critical issues with ease
. Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems

Project Related Competencies

Analysis and Solution Definition
. Quickly understands the business requirements and data of client's needs
. Communicate changes and new reports to all customers
. Reviews Business Requirements and creates Functional Design Documentation to meet requirements

Teamwork
. Facilitates effective team interaction
. Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions

Educational/Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum Experience
. 3 to 5 years SQL experience required
. 3 to 5 years SDLC experience; particularly BRDs and FDDs
. Experience in working with Reconciliation tools
. Experience in Banking
. .net development a plus
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. We will transer H1-visa's. Please no Corp2Corps.
