Reporting to the Staffing Manager, our Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment activities within Humana's Texas Markets and Individual Products Group. They will establish relationships with HR Consultants to jointly consult with business leaders on the recruitment of talent. Responsibilities will include:

  • Development and execution of recruitment strategies and tactics that are consistent with broader organizational objectives

  • Promotion of the Human Capital and Workforce Planning initiatives

  • Understanding local market forces to accurately advise business leaders on staffing projections

  • Manage special projects as assigned

    The ideal candidate will have the following:

    Bachelor's Degree Required

    5- 7 years staffing experience with a demonstrated track record of recruiting at the executive level. Prior work history should include both corporate and Executive Search Firm positions.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels both inside and outside of Humana.

    Success at utilizing "Best Practice" recruiting methods as well as developing new creative sources of candidates. Strong technology skills and experience with the use of an Applicant Tracking System are required.df-tc
