CONTRACT RECRUITER (Aerospace-Defense Industry) Manage multiple (40-50) reqs for open positions weekly. Experience working with large manager pools. Interview, evaluate, assess and screen candidates daily. Work with 2-4 staff recruiters, HR Directors and managers. 5+ years of recruiting, interviewing experience in a big manufacturing setting. Ability to manage multiple positions, candidates and a add value to team. Knowledge of hiring metrics, 'time to fill' methods and staff retention. Strong interpersonal skills (ability to lead and persuade). Great presentation skills (ability to advertise your ideas). Excellent communications (written and verbal). Compensation and market salary knowledge a huge plus. Exceptional negotiating skills. Creative spirit. Sense of urgency. Drive to succeed. Should reside in the area. US work authorized. Ability to start Jan 2006 time frame.
