Recruiter (Project Manager) Provide corporate recruiting expertise supporting HP's Imaging & Printing Group in meeting high volume, fast paced hiring needs. Position will report into Americas Staffing Organization to proactively source, prescreen, and interview for high volume multi-function business needs. Main point of contact for applicants throughout the hiring process and serve as the initial link to HP programs and information. Strengthen HP's diversity hiring through sourcing and pipelining efforts. Provide regular reporting to the business and provide back up coverage as needed. Counsel managers on the use of correct applicant tracking processes. Work cooperatively with global workforce planning managers. Minimum Requirements -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Staffing and 4 to 6 years demonstrated successful high volume multi-function recruitment. -Experience with Taleo/Recruitsoft a must -Must be able to multitask, work independently and set priorities. -Ability to handle a wide variety of positions and high volume while providing high levels of service to corporate managers - moving priorities independently based upon business needs. -Executive level hiring skills a plus. -Expertise in compensation and benefits. -Understanding of employee and manager coaching/counseling, teambuilding, conflict resolution. -Previous HP recruiting experience strongly preferred.
